Culture Project seeks enthusiastic, hardworking undergraduate and graduate students for quarterly or semester-length internships. (Students should contact their internship office for academic credit.)
Interning at Culture Project involves collaborating with the Production and Administrative staff on a variety of different projects. Being a small office, working at Culture Project allows interns to be directly involved with the core action of the organization, including important work in research, marketing, outreach and production. Our modest size and intimate workplace atmosphere creates the opportunity to share both ideas and task management. Interns have a part in many different aspects of Culture Project's functioning, and gain a well rounded understanding of how the company works as a whole. Interns can expect to spearhead communication with organizations and interest groups related to our productions, take part in spreading information about our shows and causes as well as aid in the decision making processes that contribute to our mission and growth as an organization.
All internships include general office support, but applicants are encouraged to indicate their interest in the following areas:
Development/Grant-writing
Marketing/Communications
Education/Research
Administration
Production
Hours, beginning, and end dates are flexible.
